**Day 5**

Today started out really good. Up by 8am and weighed in at 249.1 lbs. I'm super happy with my slow progress. It's tough to stay on track. I found myself dragging my feet a little when I put in my Walk It Out disc. I just was thinking about my breakfast.
Today on Wii Fit Plus I did:
  • Calories Burned- 196
  • Super Hula (6 min)- 1899
  • Rhythm Boxing Adv.- 657 pts
  • Basic Step- 273 pts
  • Adv. Step- 582 pts
  • Ski Slalom- 1:20.70
  • Perfect 10- 00:46.58
  • Perfect 15- 1:14.71
  • Island Cycling- 1.146 miles
With my Walk It Out I did:
  • 302.5 Calories
  • 8213 Steps
  • 2.3 Miles
