**Day 4**

So I dragged myself slowly out of bed by 8:30. I was in bed last night by 10:30 but it's SO hard to get out of my comfy bed. But I got up and weighed myself. I was at 251.3 lbs. That's 1.8 lbs less than yesterday' first weigh in. I weighed myself after my workout and I was down to 250.2. It's crazy how a little excercise and I'm down a pound. I think I'll just keep going with my morning weigh in because there will be days that I won't work out and my weight will then be higher.
This is what I did today:

  • Birds Eye Bull's Eye- 109 pts
  • Big Top Juggling- 34 pts
  • Island Cycling- 1.401 miles
  • Basic Step- 264 pts
  • Adv. Step- 555 pts
  • Rhythm Boxing Adv.- 566 pts
  • Ski Slalom Adv.- 1:27.73
With my Walk It Out today I did:
  • 343.9 Calories
  • 9397 Steps
  • 2.6 Miles
