**Day 10**

Walk It OutFeel the burn! My stomach is so sore today and it's all from doing the Segway Circuit on the Wii Fit Plus yesterday. I've never tried that one before and I'm really glad I did. First thing this morning I got up and weighed in at .4lbs more than yesterday but after my 30 minutes with the Wii Fit I dropped down to the lowest I've seen so far 248.5. It's nice to see but I'm not counting it yet. I was so excited to see it though that I really pushed myself with Walk It Out and broke records for each category. Hopefully tomorrow the scale will be nice again.
This is what I did today:
  • Calories Burned- 162
  • Free Step- 10 min 983 steps
  • Soccer Heading- 109 pts, 198 pts
  • Perfect 10- 00:46.25, 00:46.80, 00:50.46
  • Rhythm Kung Fu- 620 pts
  • Adv. Rhythm Parade- 1202 pts
  • Segway Circuit- 250 pts, 216 pts
  • Snowball Fight- 16 hits, 13 hits, 17 hits
With the Walk It Out I did:
  • 418.7 Calories Burned
  • 10,465 Steps
  • 2.8 Miles
