**Day 2**

I got up at 9am and had a great start to my day. I had a yogurt and piece of raisin bread with peanut butter for breakfast.
I decided to let my little balance board buddy on wii fit to decide my 30 minute work out routine. I won't do that again. I'm just not ready for push ups and some of the yoga moves. I can't pull my knee to my chest much less attempt to do so with my back straight. I'm just not ready. I do like a lot of the yoga moves though for the stretching I feel but they don't quite feel like I'm getting my heart rate up.
Today I did:

  • Salutation
  • Single Leg Twist

  • Jackknife
  • Palm Tree
  • Triceps Extension x2
I didn't get any scores of how well I did with each one which is kind of a bummer. Oh well. I burned 145 Calories.

I almost wasn't going to do Walk It Out but decided to at least do a few minutes but I got into it so much I did better than yesterday.

I really enjoyed my walk today I think I'll do it again after a while.

I absolutely LOVE your blog! It's the cutest thing! It's inspired me to redo mine. Instead of having the dark one I made maybe I'll do a brighter one and see if that helps me stay more motivated!
