Meal Plan Monday 8/22-26

This week with my E-Mealz:

  • MONDAY- Left Overs

  • TUESDAY- Broiled Shrimp Baja, Green Beans w/ Potatoes, Garlic Toast, Strawberries. 8

  • WEDNESDAY- Orange French Toast, Turkey Sausage Link, Orange Slices 8

  • THURSDAY- Onion-Dijon Pork Chops, Green Beans w/ Potatoes, Strawberries 6

  • FRIDAY- Honey Mustard Chicken, Steamed Cauliflower, Lima Beans 6

For my breakfast and lunch I am having a Slim Fast shake and 3 small snacks and a ton of water. It's actually more food than I'm used to in the mornings so I think this may actually work. We'll see what this week brings to the scales though.
